Last year we had over 1,100 delegates from over 40 countries, over 1,000 trade show visitors, 60+ international presenters, 200+ sessions and 4 competitions.
We continue to be committed to raising the bar by improving standards in the Asian fitness industry and we are already in the process of preparing for AFC 2016.

The conference presents 4 major streams– Fit to Move, Fit to Thrive, Fit to Train and Fit to Win – creating strength and allowing the industry to reach its purpose of improving function, health, fitness and performance through teamwork among professionals from a variety of interrelated specialisations: exercise, nutrition, coaching, lifestyle, counselling, physiotherapy, and more... We will focus on learning from and exchanging knowledge with the best exercise programmers and practitioners, physiologists, nutritionists, physiotherapists, psychologists, physicians and more to ensure that together, we build strength in the industry and in our careers and achieve our common purpose.
